Thoughts....

Thots are the thermostats tat regulates wat we accomplish in life... For example, if i feed my mind with doubt, disbelief, and discouragements, then, that will be the kind of day my body will experience...(i.e bad day) At the same time, if i were to feed the mind with vision, vitality and victory, then you know the reactions our body will experience..... (happy =D)

This is why, we are wat we think.... =)

The mind is like a thot factory, each day, it has productions to do.... Thoughts productions.... and these thoughts production are under the charge of 2 foremen.... Mr Triumph and Mr Defeat.... By the surname, you peeps shd know, wat each Mister are in charge with producing.....

Mr Triumph is in charge of producing thots that can help us get thru life victoriously.... He can help us produce reasons why we can handle wat comes our way, and why we are more than able to conquer...etc (positive thots)

On the other hand, Mr Defeat, he develops reasons why u cannot succeed, why we are inadequate and why we shd give up, give in to worries, failures and discouragements.... (negative thots)

Give Mr Triumph a positive signal, and he will produce plenty of positive thots that can flood ur mind..... Of cos, if u give a negative signal, Mr Defeat will have lots of thots tat will have u convinced u can't, won't or shdn't....

But conclusion is, thots, whether positive or negative, grow stronger when fertilized with constant repetition.... So the main boss of our thot factory happens to still be in our control.... =)
(that is good news) Cos i think we all only need one foreman in this thot factory...
